Leo has proudly called Northern Virginia home since 2001, giving him a deep understanding of the local communities, neighborhoods, and market trends that shape the region. After nearly five years as a licensed real estate professional, he decided in 2025 to leave his government career and pursue real estate full-time, bringing his dedication, work ethic, and passion for helping others directly to his clients.

Before transitioning to real estate full time, Leo worked in government acquisition, where he managed complex projects and developed strong negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). This experience helps him guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process with precision and care.

In addition to his real estate career, Leo proudly serves as an Officer in the Army National Guard. He brings his leadership, integrity, and commitment to service to every client relationship.
